The body of a 22-year-old woman – identified as Manisha Chhetri – was found lying in a pool of blood on the third floor of a building in Delhi’s Civil Lines on Tuesday morning. A second woman – 36-year-old Sapna – was found near the body; she told the police she was on the terrace of the building.
Forensic investigators and Delhi Police are at the crime scene, news agency ANI reported.
