PALGHAR: Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena faction on Saturday held a rally in Palghar district and urged party members to get ready for the upcoming elections.
Ravindra Phatak, the party’s Palghar district in-charge, addressed the rally at Nalla Sopara on Friday and asked party workers in the Vasai-Virar area to work toward winning forthcoming elections for local government, the state legislature, and the general elections the following year.
He exhorted the sainiks to go door-to-door and campaign for the party’s victory in the area.
Phatak further said chief minister Eknath Shinde will address a mega rally in Vasai after the current session of the state legislative assembly concludes.
