MUMBAI: First Year Junior College (FYJC) online admission process for general and quota seats will begin from June 8.
Registration of students are underway on 11thadmission.org.in from May 25. Students wanting to participate in Round 1 of the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) will have to fill their form Part 1 by June 7. Thereafter they will get five days to fill their choice of ten colleges (see box).
Those seeking admission under management, inhouse and minority quotas will have a Round Zero from June 13 to book their seats. If seats are allotted students have to approach concerned junior colleges directly.
Both the CAP and quota rounds will run parallelly from June 19. There will be three regular CAP rounds, one special CAP round and one round for ATKT students. Quota students can also apply for CAP seats at the same time.
Students allotted first preference seats and those cancelling admissions will have to take admission or stay out of the next round. They can return only in the subsequent round. Bifocal admissions will begin from regular round 2. Minority vacant seats can be surrendered after round three.
