Rajasthan police detained two accused in connection with Bhilwara shooting incident on Thursday in which one person was killed following which internet was suspended.

Police said two brothers were going towards Harni Mahadev from Badla intersection in Bhilwara.

At around 3:30pm, four miscreants came on two bikes and opened firing at both of them. A bullet hit the elder brother who died on the spot while his younger brother got injured.

Agitated family members stormed the hospital and demanded for compensation of 50 lakh and government job with 10 lakh to the injured along with a thorough probe into the shooting incident.

Adequate police force was deployed in the city including Mahatma Gandhi, Badla Chauraha, Bhimganj and CT Kotwali areas.
